Hello & Welcome to Fulton Learning Center!

We are happy that you have chosen to become a Rockport-Fulton Pirate! It is a special privilege to live in this beautiful area of Texas and to be part of the Pirate family of students and staff. Our students work hard every day to exemplify Pirate P.R.I.D.E. which stands for:
